MAQ Group, Inc. is a large real estate investment group. We also have a large chain of gas stations and convenience stores, many of which have fast food, deli service and car washes. Our stations and stores are located throughout Florida, including most of its major cities. We also own many parcels of vacant land throughout the state. Beginning in 1989, with its first store in Miami, the company formed alliances with Amoco, Hess, Mobil and other dealers for branded gas sales. We have since developed ongoing relationships with a variety of fast food franchisors in order to bring further convenience to our customers.

We have enhanced our ability to grow by operating many of our stores directly, granting management contracts to entrepreneurial individuals, and selling stores when they provide mutually beneficial opportunities.

Our model has been successfully tested in the Florida market with the opening of several "SUBCO" food stores: a convenience store complete with deli fresh subs and salads, hot pizza, hand packed ice cream, Taco Bell, doughnuts, bagels and pies.

Throughout this time, the company has evolved and matured into a respected member of the gas station and convenience store community. The new stations we have under construction are among the most modern, efficient, and beautiful ever conceived.
